The cover story features five top celebrity trainers as they work with five different candidates to achieve a total body transformation, over a six-week course. Mark Blanchard, one of the five featured trainers and only yoga instructor worked with Jessica to introduce a workout regimen consisting primarily of 90-minute Power Yoga sessions five times a week coupled with a sensible diet. “That was it – no homework, no hiking, no jogging. The results?
