True Power Yoga's online transactions are processed on a secure server.
Registration
True Power Yoga's registration form requires users to give us contact information. The customer contact information from the registration form may be used to send you notifications of upcoming sales and promotions. In addition, customer contact information is used to contact you when necessary concerning the status of orders. If you would like to be removed from our email list, please login to your account and go to preferences and opt-out.
Ordering
When you place an order, we collect contact information and financial information (i.e. credit card number). Contact information from the order form is used to send orders and information about upcoming sales or promotions to our customers, and to get in touch with the customer when necessary. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the customer for products ordered. Customers also have the option of ordering products over the telephone.
In addition, when you register with True Power Yoga, we can store your credit card information on file on our secure servers for you to use on future orders. If you choose this option, the next time you would like to place an order, your contact information and financial information will be readily available.
Use of Gathered Information
True Power Yoga will not collect any personally identifying information except when specifically and knowingly provided by visitors to our site. True Power Yoga does not share any personally identifying information to third-party vendors. True Power Yoga is very protective of the privacy of its customers.
